Reservations
To Make a Reservation at Sea Spray Cottages...
- You may call evenings between 6PM and 9PM ~ 207-351-1237 to check availabilty or make a reservation. (If you are unable to reach us when you call, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.)
- You may also request more information or make a reservation by email ~ vacation@seaspraycottages.com .
We check our email daily and will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if the week and cottage that you are interested in is available.
- You need to complete a Reservation Form/Short Term Rental Agreement and submit it as soon as you make your reservation.
- We will hold your phone or email reservation without a deposit for one week from the date you contacted us.
- If we do not recieve your deposit of $500 per week reserved, within one week from the date you make your reservation, your reservation will be canceled.
- The $500 deposit is non-refundable. (Refer to our Short Term Rental Agreement for more detailed information.)
- The balance plus Maine State Rental Tax (9%) is due when you check-in the day of your arrival.
- Check in is Saturdays between 2PM and 5PM.
(If you can not arrive on Saturday during that time, you must pay the total due at least two weeks prior to your arrival.)
- The number of guests in each cottage is limited, we have parking for one vehicle per unit and NO Pets allowed. Go to our Rental Requirements/House Rules for more information.
