House Rules / Rental Requirements
While staying with us at Sea Spray Cottages we require your co-operation in the following:
The number of people allowed in each unit is limited.
- Sea Bright 6
- Beach Plum (up) 6
- Beach Plum (down) 6
- The Barn 5
We will allow one extra child 12 years or under for an additional $20 per night.
ALL GUESTS must be authorized and registered with Sea Spray Cottages.
ONE FAMILY PER UNIT (The Property shall be used only as a single-family residence. Your family and another family may not share the rental of a unit.)
PARKING in the yard is limited to one vehicle only per unit! Parking Information. NO trailers or boats may be parked in the yard. NO EXCEPTIONS!
NO PETS ALLOWED anywhere on the property at any time.
NO SMOKING - Smoking or Vaping is NOT allowed on the property.
NO FIRES or FIREWORKS (including sparklers) allowed on the property.
There are no phones in the cottages. Please use your cell phone to make and receive calls.
(Please note that cell phone reception may be poor in our immediate area, but just a few hundred yards inland from the beach reception is available.)
QUIET... Please be thoughtful and courteous of people in other cottages! Rude, loud or inappropriate behavior is not allowed. No parties or events allowed.
CHECK IN AFTER 2PM and BEFORE 5PM. If you are unexpectedly delayed, you need to call us at 207-251-0824 to let us know.
CHECK OUT 10 AM no later!.
CLEANING -You need to clean up before you leave. The Property shall be left in the same good condition as found on the first day of occupancy.
IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE ABOVE HOUSE RULES WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
